Measuring station HOMMEL roundscan 555 is a highly efficient solution for combined measurements of shape and roughness deviation of measured parts. Depending on the measurement task, the deviation measurements of the shape and roughness can be configured in one program, which will reduce the measurement time for each part.




Features of the system:

  • Precision rotary table on pneumatic bearings;
  • The vertical axis is available in three different heights, depending on the requirements;
  • The basic version of the circular model has a resolution of 1 μm for the R and Z axes, and 20,000 points for the C axis;
  • In the High Resolution (HR) version, for combined measurements of shape and roughness, a resolution of 0.1 μm is provided for the R and Z axes, and 720,000 points for the C axis.
