Company KODA provides new services for diagnosis of technical condition and calibration of CNC machine tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs)

Dear Colleagues!

Company KODA informs you about the beginning of supplying the services of checking the accuracy of CNC machines and coordinate measuring machines. From now our customers will be able to check all types of technological equipment used for manufacturing purposes without buying expensive systems.

We have all the necessary equipment and possibilities:

1. Renishaw Ballbar QC20–W system for testing machines in 4–6 hours. This system gives the protocol on the accuracy of the equipment, components and gives recommendations for calibration and repair of the machines;
2. Renishaw XL–80 –laser interferometer system for calibration machines;
3. Certified specialists of our company (certificates of Hexagon Metrology TESA, DEA, Renishaw).

The types of machines serviced:

-Milling and boring machines and CNC machining centers;

-Turning a group of CNC machine tools;

-Grinding machines;

-EDM and broaching machines.
