New level sensor of VEGA production with 80 GHz frequency
2016.
>Despite all the advantages of the radar measurement technology in tanks there are always concerns about measurement failures due to the interference near or directly on the sensor antenna. Such interference occurs when the condensate or sticky materials cause strong reflected signal, which interrupts normal measurement. In addition, a significant obstacle is internal structure of the tank, which creates false reflection signals.
All these difficulties can be avoided by an extremely narrow and powerful radiation beam of VEGAPULS 64 radar sensor, which conducts a maximum reflection from the surface of the material to be measured and avoids false reflections.
All these design features of VEGAPULS 64 radar sensor allow it to perform reliable and accurate measurements even in very small tanks.
