Operation
Due to the wide selection of external pressure sensors with an accuracy of up to 0.025 % and ranges up to 6000 bar, exchangeable quickly and without the use of a tool to apply pressure calibrator almost everywhere. In addition to installing the flush sensor calibrator may use an external sensor via a cable with a length of about 1.2 m. When replacing the exemplary sensor digital console automatically determines the parameters for the calibrator, which allows you to save time on configuration of the sensor via the menu.

Functionality
In the settings menu of pressure calibrator model CPH6000 is possible to select 3 operating modes: MEASURING, CALIBRATION AND SWITCH TEST. In this mode it is possible to record data connected check pressure sensor, the power for which, as well as the multimeter built into the body of the digital console. The terminals of the electric connectors can be protected by a cap, which increases the ingress protection of the housing of the calibrator.

Software
For processing and documenting the calibration data stored in the pressure calibrator CPH6000 may use the software WIKA-CAL. Software WIKA-CAL also allows you to manage the process of calibration via PC in SQL databases. Are used for data transmission interfaces RS-232и USB.

Equipped with kits for testing and service

Confirmed accuracy
For each exemplary sensor, together with pressure calibrator comes with a certificate of factory calibration. On request it is also possible provide certificates with extended uncertainty. Calibration is carried out in our laboratories accredited by the DKD/DAkkS.
