At the same time, a resolution of up to 1 nm is achieved, and a certified accuracy of ± 1 μm!

TONiC Encoder with stainless steel scale tape RSLM is an encoder system that shows very high performance with a long axis length. Ruler RSLM allows you to work with a total error of no more than ± 4 microns on the entire range of 5 m long! The extremely high accuracy of motion control is provided by TONiC reading heads, dynamic signal processing, resolution up to 1 nm and an optical design with very low noise levels!
