Weighbridge upgrading

Modernization of mechanical weighbridges is a budget version of transformation of old mechanical scales into modern electronic device. You get a reliable, easy to maintain new scales that will meet all modern metrological requirements. There are three levels of modernization: the installation of the existing platform into the load cells saving weighing range; increase the limit weighing up to 80 tons; increase the limit weighing and platform extension. Variant of upgrading the mechanical weights with the extension of the platform is the most difficult and time-consuming. It requires a lot of additional materials and time, in particular the production of a large number of welded and construction works. Such an option of turnkey modernization will be comparable in value with new weights on prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations. Modernization with lengthening weights can be cost effective if the Customer carries out the above-mentioned works on his own and from his materials according to the drawings and instructions of the Contractor.
