Thermocouples

a Thermocouple is a temperature sensor, whose output is directly removed, the voltage signal proportional to the temperature. It does not require additional power source, since the output voltage arises due to the thermoelectric properties of metals. Depending on temperature there are different types of thermocouples. Firm WIKA manufactures thermocouples with direct cable outlet and the terminal protective cap.
Normalizing current transformer can be installed directly in the head. To connect to the secondary electronic equipment (controller, indicator, Registrar, etc.), you must use a special cable with thermoelectric compensation.
Thermocouples are used at temperatures from -100 °C to +1500 °C (depending on the type of device, the type of thermocouple and materials coming into contact with measured medium.
